For MSP partners

Your clients are asking for software. Say yes.

We design, build and run custom apps and AI workflows for your clients — under your brand, on your paper, in your client's environment. No platform tier to sign. No monthly minimum. No engineer on your payroll.

The math

The engineer you'd need costs more than the practice earns.

Every owner reading this has run the same numbers and reached the same place. There are three ways out and two of them are bad.

Option one

Hire for it

Someone who can scope, build and ship production software is one of the hardest hires in technology — at a salary you carry from day one, against a practice that hasn't sold anything yet. Nobody hires ahead of that revenue, so the practice never starts.

Option two

Buy a platform

You sign a tier, get a login and a partner portal, and then you're alone with a product you still have to scope, price and deliver yourself. The commitment starts before the first client does, and the floor doesn't care whether you sold anything this month.

Option three

Widen the answer

A client of ten years asks what you can do about their data and their AI, and you talk around it until the question goes away. It doesn't go away. It gets asked again next quarter, to somebody else.

What you get

A build team that answers to you.

We work the engagement with you from the first client conversation to the handover — and the client never meets us as a third party.

On the call, under your brand

We join the discovery call as your team. The hard technical question gets answered while you're in the room, not taken away and returned a week later.

Scoped and priced before we build

You sell a defined thing at a number you can defend. No open-ended hours, no discovery that quietly becomes the project.

Deployed into their environment

Their tenant, their identity, their data. Entra sign-in, tenant-scoped access, and an owner named at the client before we hand over.

You keep Tier 1 and the relationship

Your team runs what we built and fields the calls. We're your escalation path, not your client's helpdesk.

The catalogue

Twelve products already built. Open any of them right now.

These aren't concepts or roadmap — every tile below opens a working demo on sample data. They're the tools we built for our own clients and our own helpdesk, and any of them can be deployed under your brand for yours. Custom work gets scoped the same way; the catalogue is just where most partners start.

Live

Client portal

Tickets, devices, network status, reports and a knowledge base — with per-client module toggles so each account sees only what you've enabled.

Live

Employee hub

A company front door for your client's staff: directory, policies, time off, onboarding requests and an assistant that answers from their own documents.

Explore live →
Live

Monthly business review

Branded client reporting generated from live data — service desk, security, patching, lifecycle — with an assistant that answers questions about the report itself.

Explore live →
Live

Intelligent dispatch

Technician day planning with real drive times, capacity and appointment slots — built for a dispatcher who needs the whole board on one screen.

Live

Onboarding & offboarding

Starter and leaver runs end to end: accounts, licences, hardware, access removal and a checklist the client can watch progress against.

Explore live →
Live

Security posture scan

Tenant posture scored and explained in plain language, with the gaps ordered by what actually reduces risk rather than by what's easy to fix.

Explore live →
Live

Live network status

Site and device health your client can look at themselves — so the "is it us or is it you?" call gets answered before it's made.

Explore live →
Live

Proposal generator

Build a quote from your own catalogue and pricing, send it, and track whether it was opened — wired back into your PSA so the sales order writes itself.

Explore live →
Live

E-signature

Send an agreement, take a legally signed copy back, and file it — without paying per envelope to a third party that owns your documents.

Explore live →
Live

Billing automation

Reconciles what vendors billed you against what you billed the client, and surfaces the seats and services quietly costing you margin every month.

Explore live →
Live

Hardware lifecycle

Every device with its age, warranty and replacement date, turned into a refresh budget your client can plan against instead of react to.

After-hours receptionist

Answers the phone when nobody's there, triages what's actually urgent, raises the ticket, and escalates only what genuinely warrants waking someone.

Commercials

No tier. No minimum. Pay per client you deploy.

The commitment starts when a client of yours says yes — not when you sign with us.

Step one

Discovery

A small fixed fee, capped at a set number of hours. You get a confirmed design, a firm number for the build, and a go/no-go. Decline at the gate and it ends there — nothing further is owed. Catalogue products skip this entirely.

Step two

Deployment

One monthly fee per deployed client, on term. No separate build invoice for your client to approve as a capital purchase. You set the retail price and keep the difference.

Ongoing

Support

Hosting, monitoring, patching and upstream API maintenance sit with us. Tier 1 and the client relationship stay with you, which is where your margin lives.

You never sign a tier to get access to the bench. Deploy one client, pay for one client. There's no seat count to hit, no credit bundle to burn down before year end, and no partner level to maintain. If we're not earning the next engagement, you should be free to stop after this one — so you are.
The monthly

Everything needed to keep it doing what it did on handover day.

That sentence is the whole definition, and the test below settles almost every question about it.

What it covers

No extra invoice, no change request, no conversation about whose fault it was.

  • Hosting and infrastructure — compute, database, storage, certificates, custom domain, backups.
  • Uptime monitoring and alerting, with log retention and incident response.
  • Patching — operating system, runtime, dependencies and CVE remediation.
  • Upstream API maintenance. When a vendor changes an endpoint or deprecates a permission and the integration breaks, we fix it.
  • Credential and secret rotation.
  • Tier 2 escalation for your team, with a named contact rather than a queue.
  • A defect warranty that doesn't expire. If something we shipped was wrong, it's ours to fix for as long as the monthly is paid — not for ninety days.
  • An included change allowance each month, scaled to the tier.

What it doesn't

Named up front, because a surprise here is how these arrangements sour.

  • ×AI model usage. Runs on your own Anthropic account, one workspace per client, billed direct at cost. We never mark it up.
  • ×Tier 1 support — your helpdesk, your margin.
  • ×New features, modules or integrations. That's a change request or a new product, priced as one.
  • ×Your client's own cloud consumption, where it runs in their tenant.
  • ×Data migration or cleanup — including historic bad data the new system merely stops adding to.
  • ×End-user training beyond the handover session and the runbook.
The test: did the thing we built stop doing what it did on handover day? If yes, we fix it and it's included. If they want it to do something new, that's a change request. That one line settles nearly every question, and it's written into the agreement rather than left to goodwill.
How an engagement runs

Four stages, and you're in the room for all of them.

01

Discover

We join your client call as your team and map how the work runs today — where the manual effort is, what breaks, and which of it is worth building. You bring the relationship; we bring the questions an engineer would ask.

02

Scope

The opportunity becomes a defined deliverable with a fixed number and a written gate. If discovery turns up something that changes the shape of the work, you hear it then — not three weeks into a build.

03

Build

Designed, built and deployed into your client's environment, in your brand and your colours. You see working software on a schedule, not a status report.

04

Run

A named owner at the client, a runbook your team can work from, and handover to your helpdesk. We stay behind you on escalation and keep the thing patched and monitored.

Boundaries

What we don't do.

Worth saying plainly, because most of these are the reasons a partnership like this goes wrong.

Why us

We're an MSP. We've been in your chair this morning.

We run a PSA, carry an on-call phone, and answer to clients who don't care why something broke. Every product in the catalogue above was built against our own accounts and our own deadlines before it was ever offered to a partner. When we tell you what a build costs and how long it takes, it's because we've already paid for finding out.

Start with one client.

Bring the account that keeps asking for something you've been putting off, and we'll tell you what it takes to build — before either of us signs anything.
